At Selma Spa+ in Sunne you can get inspiration and find your inner calm. Here you find many different activities both for you who want to relax and for you who want an active stay.

In the hotel you will find a varied activity-menu with both exciting activities and workout in a more leasurely tempo. Outside the door you will find our walk-guide, showing you the way to the many great paths in the area.

The area is also well-suited for bike-rides or more demanding mountainbike paths. For a calmer activity we reccommend a round of golf on the golfcourse nearby.

Close to the hotel there is a wide range of attractions and shopping. Or you can just relax in your bathrobe and enjoy our spa-treatments.

Start your day with yoga in our outdoor excersise terrace with a view of the beautiful Fyken lake.

Restaurant Smak

In the hotel restaurant Smak we serve an à la carte or three course dinner. For lunch we serve a large buffet including a warm dish.

Restaurant Lounge is the hotel lobby bar where we serve lighter meals like a ceacar salad and club sandwich. The hotel is renowned for its wine cellar.

Here you find fantastic excersise options with gym and an average of 8 classes with instructor a day. Outside you will find bokebaths for mountain bikes, cross-country skiing, and great places to run.

With close to 40 different spa treatments, Selma Spa+ has one of the widest selections in the nordics. We have 30 different treatment rooms, divided in two salons.

All our therapists are certified in a wide range of diciplines, this to ensure that you get as pleasant and efficient treatment as possible.
