When architect Erling Viksjø (1910–1971) saw his masterpiece in natural concrete emerge in all its Brutalist glory in the Økern neighbourhood of Oslo in 1968, the building was intended to serve as headquarters for a telephone and cable factory. Forty years later Nordic Choice Hotels is proud to offer its guests one of the best conference hotels in the Norwegian capital, Oslo.

Quality Hotel 33 offers a total of 980 conference places spread over 10 meeting rooms, 9 board rooms / group rooms and a large, communal exhibition space over two levels. All rooms are of course fully equipped with everything you need in terms of technical equipment. In the great hall you have a large stage and a ceiling height of almost 7 meters to play with.
The restaurant on the 1st floor can accommodate 300 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the top floor you’ll find our unique à la carte restaurant, bar and lounge. Our professional team will give you a culinarian experience to match the panoramic view. We prepare our 7-course Tasting Menu daily from the freshest norwegian seasonal product, inspired by Asian flawours and culture.

Our cuisine is driven by the seasons of Norway with an underlying inspiration of Asia. To experience the real 33, try our 7 course “Chefs Tasting Menu”. Including only the freshest ingredients sourced from the markets today, served family style to be shared.
Our staff is also helpful with banquettes and private dinner parties. Choose from our a la carte menu or create your own menu in collaboration with our chef. We offer tailor made concepts where food, entertainment and decorations are taken care of.
